RF Apartment - Home Design

The RF Apartment is conceived as a warm contemporary home, where soft architectural forms, natural textures, and subtle color create a calm yet distinctive identity. A neutral base of warm ivory, greige, and natural wood flows throughout the apartment, enriched by soft sage, blue-grey, muted rose, and bold red accents that give each space its own character. Arches, curved lines, textured surfaces, and wooden lattice screens become recurring design elements, creating continuity while allowing spaces to remain visually connected. The design balances clean functionality with warmth and personality. Integrated storage, custom joinery, and carefully planned lighting keep the spaces minimal and practical, while terrazzo, marble, tactile fabrics, greenery, and playful details add depth. Overall, the apartment feels bright, fluid, and welcoming ,contemporary and refined, but never rigid or overly formal.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope included plan analysis and space solutions, interior design and styling, 3D renders and visualizations, and execution drawings and technical documentation, covering the project from initial space planning and design development through to the preparation of the technical drawings required to communicate the design.
