FB Apartment - Home Design

Mansourieh - Mount Lebanon How do you give every space its own character while making the entire home feel like one? At the heart of FB Apartment is a generous multifunctional social space, where the salon, living, dining, and bar come together within one open and connected environment. Rather than treating them as separate rooms, the design allows each function to maintain its own identity while remaining visually and spatially connected to the whole. Furniture placement, material transitions, and the central TV and fireplace feature help define the different zones without relying on physical barriers, preserving openness, fluid circulation, and a natural sense of connection throughout the space. This same principle guided the design of the rest of the apartment. The challenge was not to repeat the social space from room to room, but to carry its warm contemporary identity throughout the home while allowing every space to develop a character of its own. Materials, tones, textures, and design details were therefore reinterpreted according to the function and experience of each room, becoming softer and more intimate in private spaces, more practical where functionality is essential, and more expressive where the space allows it. The result is a home that speaks one design language through different expressions, cohesive as a whole, yet individual in every space

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope included space planning, interior design, 3D visualization, execution drawings, BOQ, on-site execution, and project supervision & management, ensuring continuity between the design vision and the final built result

The design was only the beginning. FB Apartment was carried forward by Rashonelle through on-site execution and project management, bringing the vision from renders to reality.
