GES - Office Design Execution

Beirut - Lebanon GES Offices is a contemporary corporate workspace combining an open, collaborative layout with a strong industrial character. Exposed ceilings, glass partitions, warm timber finishes, greenery, and bold red and turquoise elements create a professional yet dynamic workplace. My role as Project Manager covered the project from pre-execution planning through site implementation and completion. I was responsible for BOQ, costing, quotations, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor coordination, client and landlord coordination, site supervision, quality control, and execution follow-up. Throughout the project, I ensured that the approved design was accurately translated into the built space, while maintaining the required quality, budget, and schedule.
