KH Apartment - Interior Design Case Study

Hazmieh, Beirut | 2024 | 180 m² | Completed KH Apartment is a 180 m² residential project in Hazmieh, developed as a complete A-to-Z interior design and execution project, where my involvement extended from the initial space planning and design concept through technical development, contracting, site execution, and final completion. The design follows a Warm Minimalist approach, combining clean architectural lines with natural materials, soft textures, warm neutral tones, and carefully introduced accents. The planning focuses on functionality and visual continuity, creating spaces that are clearly defined while maintaining a natural connection throughout the apartment. A considered combination of wood, marble, ceramic finishes, textured fabrics, custom-designed elements, and layered lighting gives the interior warmth and depth while maintaining a refined contemporary character. Furniture, artwork, textiles, and accessories were carefully selected to complete the overall design language and create a cohesive living environment.

SCOPE OF WORK

My scope covered the project from design to execution, including space planning and spatial solutions, interior design, 3D modeling and visualization, 2D execution drawings, BOQ preparation, main contracting, project management, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, and full site supervision.
