Mac Engineering and Contracting-Selected Projects

I worked with MAC Engineering & Contracting for two years as a Project Manager and Site Engineer, contributing to several commercial and retail fit out projects, including stores for Bata, Mothercare, and Skechers. My role covered the projects from site preparation and coordination through execution and final handover. My responsibilities included site supervision, execution follow up, project scheduling, quality control, technical problem solving, and coordination with clients, mall management, suppliers, and subcontractors. I also managed site requirements and approvals, monitored project progress and timelines, and ensured that the work was executed according to the approved drawings, technical specifications, and brand standards. This experience strengthened my practical knowledge of project management, site engineering, retail fit out execution, and project delivery.
